City of Wenatchee Police Department
The City of Wenatchee passed a bond in 2001 to replace its existing police station that was built in 1931. The new station was located just east of the existing station in the downtown core. The building was the first step in creating a municipal campus with the City Park, Museum, City Hall and Fire Station.
The building houses all police function on three levels including ground floor parking and sally port, offices, neighborhood response team suite, briefing room, intake and interview rooms, lab, workout room, and impound and departmental storage. The building also houses a community meeting space and an E-911 emergency dispatch center.
