Planning & Studies

The DOH Associates provides planning and studies in addition to architectural services. Our approach to planning begins with a needs analysis that incorporates input from a variety of perspectives. We consider the impact of the project on the community; anticipate the long-range vision for space requirements, personnel needs, site requirements, and necessary infrastructure and community services.

DOH Associates reviews all existing documentation and property use studies. We identify and contact all potential user groups and where applicable we determine the level of community support for a proposed facility through survey and community meetings.
