Construction Administration

The construction phase of a project is very exciting. It is here that, after months or sometimes years of planning, the clients' dreams and visions take physical form. The DOH Associates team understands the complexity of this phase of project implementation, and is well trained in construction administration. We liaison between our clients and their contractors to keep clients informed of progress; we work with contractors to insure that the project is progressing according to our clients' expectations, that all permits are in place, and that timelines and cost estimates are honored.
