Designs created for dining and food service projects reflect both the functional and aesthetic elements that will most effectively enhance each establishment. The DOH Associates has designed plans for a wide range of food service clients including dining halls, concessions and smaller food vendors at schools and colleges, restaurants and lounges and mini-market food services. While all clients need efficient kitchen and food preparation facilities, the customer service areas differ greatly from client to client.
