Heritage Glen Apartments
The DOH Associates worked with the Housing Authority of Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee to develop a 2 acre sloping site to provide low income housing for the residents of the Greater Wenatchee Area. 8 separate two story buildings were constructed with a total of 35 units that varied from one bedroom units to 4 bedroom units. A separate laundry facility and maintenance facility were also provided. 54 parking stalls were incorporated into the site with 31 of the stalls being covered.
